Who We Are
Rooted in Agriculture
With 45 years of farming and ranching experience, Clay West is passionate about learning and teaching people more natural and regenerative farming and ranching strategies. The best part of the Wind River Microbes is that they promote a healthy environment, they are all natural and benefit the earth. Doing something to preserve what God created is a passion. Clay has been raising, training, and selling horses and cattle his entire life. Clay has an extensive background in the care and health of livestock. That led him to Wind River Microbes in 2018. He started his cattle on the formulas and had healthier, stronger cattle. Since then, he has added his horses, pastures, crops, and home garden to his Wind River Microbes regiment. He loves the products and can give a testimony for each one.
Hands-On Stewardship
Leah West is deeply committed to strengthening agriculture from the soil up. With hands-on ranch experience and a strong understanding of livestock and land management, she plays a key role in implementing biological systems that improve soil function and animal performance. Leah believes that responsible stewardship and practical innovation go hand in hand, and she is passionate about helping producers build healthier land and stronger operations.
In addition to her work in regenerative agriculture, Leah oversees the health and wellness of the horses within the West training program. As barn manager, she is responsible for the daily care and management of horses in training, including performance horses, broodmares, and foals. She closely monitors nutrition, stress levels, recovery, and overall condition to ensure each horse is supported physically and mentally. Her hands-on leadership ensures that the biological principles applied through CW Regenerative Ag are tested and implemented in real-world, high-performance conditions.
